To ensure that you
are pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund
on the return of any item within 30 days (10 days for shipping
to Italy) following the shipment date of your order from LAURI
point.
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards,
and instruction booklets.
We don't refund items that have been resized or altered in
any way.

If you decide to return
your purchase for a refund or an exchange please:
1. Obtain
a Return Authorization Number (RAN): before returning
an item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
by either calling 0044-709-2166125 or emailing us at sales@lauripoint.com.
Write the RAN on the original invoice and on the box next
to the shipping address. The original invoice must be included
in the returned package.
2. Secure your Jewelry or Watch in the original
jewel box it was shipped in: including the gift boxes
within which your order was shipped.
3. Return Merchandise, Unaltered, in the Original
Packaging: you can also use a small box from your local
post office. Cover the box with paper mailing tape (available
at your post office).
4. Insure Your Purchase and Ship It to us: returns
must be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price
by a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express*

We will call you or
send you e-mail to let you know we have received the merchandise.
A full refund will be issued to you within three days of confirmation
of receipt.
All refunds will be credited the full purchase price (minus
any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased),
and will be made in the same manner as the original purchase
or we will not charge your credit card if we didn't charge
it yet.
Please note: new and unused means that there are no marks
on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram
or shipping tags) or the case. We do not sell used items and
will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Lauri Point is not responsible for any item that is
not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss
any additional questions you may have with a customer service
representative when you contact
us for an RAN.
Non-European Customer: Custom duties you may have paid
are not refunded by Lauri Point: please ask to your
local Custom Office how to obtain a refund.

If you prefer, you may
return your item or watch, within 30 days of shipment from LAURI
point in exchange for another selection. For an exchange,
we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any
additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can
apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of
your choice. If you have any questions about our exchange procedure,
